Our 2-bedroom house is in a quiet community, a pool and garden (open from April to October) in a beautiful garden and direct access to the beach and the coastal path which brings you to the old town through a 1 km-walk. 

The ground floor hosts a well-equipped kitchen and living room with a large TV, and a toilet. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, TV and a balcony with beautiful sea view, the second bedroom and a another bathroom, allowing for a comfortable living for 4 adults and two children (on folding beds). The house has a private outdoor terrace and an electric barbecue - perfect for relaxing and outside dining.

Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, heating and cooling in all rooms, sun-loungers, towels, bedding, linens and beach towels, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A high chair and baby crib are available on request.

The property offers free community parking, and it is in walking distance from the Estepona bus station. Pets are not allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden.
